an ideal varnish for rewinders. It is a general purpose varnish
which can also be used for the application on printed circuit
boards, laminated sheets, etc. |

Fast Air drying Varnish
Thermal Class 130X

This varnish is recommended for impregnation of coils,
motors, transformers and other stationary windings. It is ideally
suited for the impregnation of fan stators and field windings of FHP
motors which need short curing time of 3 to 4 hours at 100° C. It
is also suitable for laminate coating and inside coating of
transformers. Its outstanding moisture and chemical resistance makes
it suitable for industrial usage. |

This varnish is ideal for the high speed rotating
machine operating at temperature upto 130 ° C. It is also suitable
for fans, motors, transformers, magnetic relay coils, etc. |

This varnish is ideal for electrical equipment such as
motors and transformers which are designed to operate at
temperatures upto 155 ° C. It is also recommended for equipments
which are subjected to stresses such as frequent on off cycles, high
initial torques and nuclear radiation. |

Flexible Sleeve Varnish

The film formed by Monvar G301 on fiberglass has
excellent mechanical and electrical properties with good resistance
to humidity and hence it is used for varnishing fiberglass sleeves,
cloth and tapes with Thermal Class 155. This varnish can also be
used in combination with Monvar G302 for fiberglass covered
conductors with or without an underlayer of polyester film. |

It is ideal for the impregnation of traction motors.
It is also suitable for the magnetic coils wound with Polyester,
Polyesterimide, fibre glass covered conductors for elevated
temperature applications upto 180 °C. It is also recommended for
hermetic machines. |

speed machines. Due to slightly higher viscosity it can be used for
electrical motors of frame size from 130 to 200. Its has good
hermetic resistance, hence can be used for hermetic applications.
SLV 73 has a low gel time which results in higher production due to
shorter curing time. |

Solventless Varnish

It has good bond strength at elevated temperature and
hence it is ideal for grinders and heavy duty machine tools and high
speed machine. It has good hermetic resistance, hence can be used
for hermetic applications. SLV 81 has a long pot life for dipping
application, hence can be used for small motors for mixer, washing
machine etc. |
